Welcome to the Dennis Township Old School House Museum & History Center web site. Our new web site will allow the museum to expand the content with many more images and the "Oral History Project" with audio files. Content will be added and updated as we get it but it will take time and effort on the behalf of our volunteers. Should you want to contribute please contact Al Dicicco at 609-412-9424 or Ray Rebmann, Dennis Township Historian, at 609-861-1899.

The new web site features over 675 images (and growing) of people, places, houses and buildings from the distant past to recent times. Most of these photographs were provided by George Brewer Jr. Recent photographs by Al DiCicco, Ray Rebmann & Thomas Laughlin. Please stop by the "Credits" page for more information. We hope you enjoy the new web site and please contact us should you want to contribute any knowledge, photographs or items to the Museum or comment on the website!

The Dennisville Historic Home Owners Association is a non profit corporation organized to study the history of Dennisville and the surrounding area and to encourage the preservation of the historic homes in the village and in the township so that future generations will be able to view them and learn about the history of the area. Originally accounting for 69 structures, the village of Dennisville is included as an historic district on both the national and state registers of historic places. Currently the DHHOA is in the process of re-surveying the Dennisville Historic District and the areas immediately surrounding the existing district to expand the Historic District. For more information please visit the DHHOA website by clicking the link above in yellow then Historic District Re-Survey in the menu or the DHHOA logo at the bottom of every page.
